Yesterday, Kinno Sensei demonstrated that one never stops learning new things in Kendo. When asked by Hosokawa Yuji Sensei what he had learned after Monday's practice, Kinno Sensei had these words of advise for all the Kenshi at practice. "Don't eat KFC right before practice."
